What are the maintenance methods for CNC numerical control processing?

The fault diagnosis of the numerical control system includes fault detection, fault judgment and isolation, and fault location. In order to promptly detect system malfunctions, quickly determine the location of the fault and eliminate it in a timely manner, it is required that fault detection should be simple and not involve complex operations or instructions. The instruments required for fault diagnosis should be as few as possible. For this purpose, the following diagnostic methods can be adopted. Below, Shenzhen CNCCNC Center will introduce to you what are the maintenance methods for CNC numerical control processing?

Since the machine tool operators were on the scene both before and after the machine tool failure, they were very clear about the causes, process and results of the failure. Therefore, some important information about the machine tool failure can be learned from their answers. The key points of the problem are generally as follows:

1) The course of the malfunction (when it occurred and how it occurred)

2) The consequences and phenomena caused by the failure

3) Is the fault gradual or sudden

4) Has this phenomenon occurred before

5) Maintenance records

Through a series of inquiries, it was found that the fault has occurred for more than ten days. The manufacturer has also sent maintenance personnel to repair the mechanical transmission components of the XZ axis and replaced the system mainboard, but the fault has not been eliminated. Since it was neither a mechanical issue nor a problem with the mainboard, it was initially suspected to be a processing technology problem. However, before the fault occurred, they had followed the same processing steps, so it was ruled out. Later, upon inquiry, it was learned that there was also a misstep before this fault, but after replacing the mainboard, the misstep disappeared, but the thread cutting function was abnormal. Therefore, it was suspected that the maintenance personnel did not restore the parameters of the original machine tool when replacing the mainboard

Since the LINE of parameter 11 in 928TC is for selecting the linearity of the encoder, if this bit parameter is set incorrectly, the above-mentioned fault may occur. When LINE is 1, it indicates that the machine tool should be equipped with a 1024 encoder. When it is 0, it indicates that the machine tool should be equipped with a 1200 encoder. However, since the marking of the encoder of this machine tool has disappeared, the parameter of this bit can only be changed to the opposite number of the original one. After modification and test run, the thread function is normal.
