The occurrence of tool springback during CNC machining refers to the relatively large amplitude vibration of the tool due to excessive force. The harm caused by tool springback is that it leads to overcutting of the workpiece and damage to the tool. When the tool diameter is small, the tool holder is too long or the force is excessive, tool springback will occur.

Switch to using a larger ball tool for corner cleaning or electrical discharge machining for deep corner positions
2. Excessive force (i.e., excessive cutting depth)
Solution
Reduce the depth of cut (i.e., the global depth per cut). When the machining depth exceeds 120mm, install the tool in two separate processes. That is, first install the short tool holder to process to a depth of 100mm, and then install the extended tool holder to process the part below 100mm, and set a small depth of cut.
