The following points should be observed during operation:
1. Strictly abide by the safety operation procedures of CNC machine tools. Do not operate the machine tool without professional training.
2. Be capable of using and managing the machine tools well, and have a strong sense of responsibility for work.
3. Operators should wear work clothes and work shoes properly and must not wear or wear dangerous clothing or accessories.
4. Generally, it is not allowed for two people to operate the machine tool simultaneously. However, when a certain task requires the joint efforts of two or more people, it is important to ensure that their actions are coordinated and consistent.
Precautions after processing is completed
1. Remove chips, wipe the machine tool, and keep the machine tool and the environment clean.
2. Pay attention to inspecting or replacing the oil wiping plate on the machine tool guide rail that has been worn out.
3. Check the condition of the lubricating oil and coolant, and add or replace them in time.
4. Turn off the power and the main power on the machine tool operation panel in sequence.
5. It is strictly prohibited to strike, correct or modify the workpiece on the chuck or between the centers. The next step of work can only be carried out after confirming that the workpiece and the tool are clamped tightly.
6. The operator must not disassemble or move the safety protection devices on the machine tool at will.
7. Machine tool accessories, measuring tools and cutting tools should be properly stored to keep them intact and in good condition. Any loss or damage should be compensated.
8. The operator is strictly prohibited from modifying the machine tool parameters. When necessary, the device administrator must be notified and asked to make the necessary modifications.
